PeeWee
open just 1 rar file, this links all the rar files together, extract, you are now left with 1 big iso that you burn with nero.
Scotteh
As said there should be a .rar file at the end which is usually a smaller size than the rest or a 001.rar file if they all have .rar at the end. Open that and you will see the file, extract it and then either mount in Alcohol if you have it or if you need to burn it then use burning software like Nero or Alcohol. If you can't see the end of the files then you need to go into your folder properties (tools - folder options - view) and untick "hide file extensions for known file types" You should be able see the .rar at the end then. PeeWee
Or just right click any of the files & chose open with, then winrar. You dont need to open each rar btw. Most rar files are of equal length these days, say for instance 50x 49meg files.

foxdie
Most PC "problems" are caused by that soft pink doey thing attached to the outside. Have you tried pressing Alt-F4?

The .rar file isn't, when it's a set.hence my it's usually smaller if it's the .rar file depends how the release group have archived it as winrar can do it in a couple of ways, so you either end up with the files being number 001.rar, 002.rar etc or its .r01, .r02 then ending in .rar which is smaller. 001 set they are all the same size.r01 the last file (.rar) is smaller. tbh there's not really any need for it now as it was first brought in when net connections were slower and less reliable so that people didn't lose the whole download if it cut off, could resume from which file you last downloaded. Although it's still easier for transferring to and from topsites out to the private ftp's incase the one you've hacked to transfer to isn't that reliable still remember that letter I got from BT "we've noticed some abnormal port scanning on your line"
Stu
They're never "all the same size". One file, however you do it, will always be smaller.
PeeWee
I must say thats one of my favourite thing bout my isp, never had a letter from them in over two years i have been with them. my download figures regulary hit over 100 gig per month. They're never "all the same size". One file, however you do it, will always be smaller. Ahh right, get you know. Most of the time i just click any of the rar files in the folder & winrar takes care of business.
Scotteh
Download isn't a problem, if your on an unlimited setup anyway. It's port scanning when forgetting to use your proxy server that's the problem
