To access your FTP account, FTP using any FTP client or program (many web programs have FTP clients built in, these include Frontpage, Dreamweaver, Pagemill, and many others). Your FTP parameters are as follows: Hostname: ftp.freewebs.com Username: your freewebs username (all lowercase) Password: your freewebs password (case sensitive) Default Folder: (leave blank) If you are behind a firewall then be sure to use passive mode. Otherwise, do not use passive mode.
