My GTI - splitter fitted.

Well back from its MOT on monday - passed fine with only advisory on the back tyres (Id replaced the 2 front uns before the test), so this week I got a set of rears too..

Finally fitted my laguna splitter , and put my smoked headlights back on (took em off for test cause I was scared they would fail it :( ), Ive also left my megane rear wiper off - I liked it but no matter how many different lengths/types of blade I used it always squeeked horrible - so for me was pretty useless as a rear wiper if I didnt want to use it ever.

I was going to prime and spray the splitter as it was scratched to death - but I spent days wet n dry sanding all the imperfections out as much as I could, then cakes bumper black onto it and I think its come out quite nice...

next off - possible 40mm drop for my birthday? and after than 16" alloys - either mondy thick ones or cossy ones ...

also fearing a clutch will need changing soon :(

Looks good :)

For future reference you should always fit the new tyres to the back.

lol - yeah well when my front ones were as buld as duncan goodhew and my backs were just legal ... I could only afford a new set on the front, fully intending to get another set for the rear after the MOT... which I did the same day as the MOT..

I love new tryres - all that lovely deep thread :)
