I think most of the people on this thread are inconsiderate annoying people. This guy has had a serious car crash and all you can do is mock him? For all you know he may have broken both legs and may never walk properly again? Yeah and just try and say "serves him right".. Could have swerved for a deer or something.. And you could easily roll a car 6 times at low speed if you hit the right obstacles towards a ditch!

As per usual, bunch of dickheads spouting their mouths off without engaging a single brain cell first. Way to go chaps.

Spot on fella

Minirotty: bet you feel sad to see that, That is by far the worst condition I have seen an Escort in after a crash.

Main thing is the driver is ok, Car is replaceable... a life isnt :(

Common question on this site: Did the airbags deploy??? as looking at this picture, I think I can see the airbag??

fcuk ME :jaw:

That is one seriously bad accident and one seriously lucky kid. So he might have been going some, but i think its fair to say that he's probably learnt his lesson. So lets stop taking the Pee and abusing him, and do what this post is about. Mourning another decent motor going to the car show in the sky.

Pity, as it was a great car.

Bloody Hell.

And i thought the accident i had 18 months ago was bad.... (The Merc i wrote off in the process was 18k!)

Its a mirracle that the lad got out alive and its an act of god if he got out unharmed.

On the downside.. Kev, You must be gutted. Lucifer was a legend in his own right.. you put soooo much hard work into his image and spec.

Cars... they come, they go.... C'est la vie.

Fuckin hell  that is a very bad smash, did he have his seatbelt on??, A lad i know rolled his car through a wall and the ambulance man said the fact he wasnt wearing a seatbelt probably saved his life because of the way the car rolled, if he was strapped in the roll would've killed him. It looks very similar to that mess.

I had a friend killed whilst driving her boyfriend home in his car, she had only ever driven a 1.1 fiesta, this was a 1.8 16v focus, she wasn't used to the concept of the car, hence loosing control of it and binning it :(

I'm sorry, the stupidest sentence in the thread award goes to..........................................................

Do see what you're saying Stu, but engaging brain cells (age of driver, type of car, new owner pushing limits) and without the full facts I'd put serious amounts of money on this chap going too fast.

Until we have facts, people work off opinion. As stated I would suggest the majority opinion is bang on. I worry if you genuinely sit there (and instead of being the martyre) actually believe this was a deer.

There are many things in the world which are based on opinion. Doesn't mean these opinions make people inconsiderate annoying people. Rather harsh.

I always aim to have a smooth PROGRESSIVE drive where ever I go. I fully appreciate the risks of driving fast, and if I did end up injuring myself by doing so, I would not expect sympathy.

As above i thought my crash was bad when i wrote off my frst, did he sustain any injuries? mine was nearly 3 years ago and i completley lost my "no fear" way of driving after that, it's only a car at the end of the day...
