noticed today , when i was turning round to put the car in the garage , the steering creaks like mad when you turn it , not noticeable atall when youre going along .......

 

also sometimes when im braking/pulling off ile get a slight knock .......

 

the lower arms are ok , no leaky shocks or anything , any idea's on what it could be ?

I reckon its the stabiliser bars ,they are prone to causing that from the wishbone to the strut and only cheap ,I posted a pic of them in the other thread on here creaking noise

anyone got a link to getting them cheap think i might get some new ones for mine had wishbones done a few month back

anti roll bar links (drop links)

 

push/pull them and if they creak thats your prob.

 

knocking noise could be a million and one things inc CV joint.

ooo ekk that looks complicated

 

i had a look today , gave everything a good wobble and nothing seems to be loose , but im just gonna replace them and the arb bushes and see what happens
