hey does anyone no if the rst turbo comes with the external waste gate as i plan to have a screamer pipe

i may be wrong but im confident they don't AFAIK external wastegates are never used on standard road cars,apart from teh ferrari F40

you need the fitment for the external wastegate on the exhaust manifold dont you? which the rst manifolds dont have.

 

I think Stu is selling a turbo that can be used with an external wastegate, I think he is looking at £500 for it, not completely sure how much he wants though

Quite a few road cars run external wastegates.. Some Audis for one..

my mate has a external wastegate on his saxo with a screamer pipe sounds the nuts , but like they say the rst manifold will not take one.

 

and yes i have said it right external wastegate on a saxo and put it this way its not a car to be messed with got some serious power for a small car!

u can change the down pipe off the turbo so that is has a screamer pipe. the standard waste gate dumps into the down pipe. have seen it done on a crx turbo i helped build. sum 200sx after market down pipes hav this set up. will get sum pics

xsort down pipe with built in screamer pipe. using the original turbo. sounds the nuts. this set up can be done on most turbo cars.
