Posted December 5, 200717 yr has anybody heard of this?? if you get a ban on totting up system you can keep your licence and pay £2000 but if you get a motoring conviction within 12 months you will be banned for 2 years. got told this today dont know if it's true anybody legal???

December 5, 200717 yr ok if you recieve a toting up of points 12 you get a ban if you are sommened to court... bout 3-6 month ban, you can drive on 12 points if ...you get sommoned to court and plead hardship if you lose your licence ( evidence needed ) and lose my job does is not sufficient hardship, you need something that would impavt speecial needs people, or affect a host of people , if you recieve points after this ie more than 12 you get a ban 12 month no exceptions...it has also been knowing for fpn to be deliver when you have 9 points if you accept this and the penalty is trivial the processing office wont summon you to court and return your licence with 12points obv after this anymore points and your fooked lol...you cannot buy back your licence these points above do not work for drivers with less than 2 yrs experience with the 6 point system
