I did that run in the Supra in similar weather on Tuesday, Leeds > Whitby via Sutton Bank, I almost went down to Heartbeat land too but a bus turned down in front of me so I decided to keep going and enjoy the clear road.

 

Awesome area for a drive out when it isn't full of doddering old farts and HGVs.
