Right when i lowered my Red escort i used spring clamps which were a great help however i haven't got them anymore, what i wanted to ask was simply can anyone advise a way to change the front springs without using spring clamps, ive already changed the rear easy stuff but the fronts i cant get the springs squashed in enough.

if anyone knows how please let me know :)
