thats what i thought but its been turned on for about 2 hours now and its not changed

basically my aunty disconected her battery for some reason or another which reset the radio. my cousin then decided he would try and guess the code and locked it up but now it says lock 13 and its not moving i left it turned on for ages but its not changed What do i do! Thanks in advance
