I do these totally smooth for £22 all painted inc. postage, or £20 if you send me the old one! I got one in the garage now totally smooth, just gotta primer and paint..... let us know mate I had an idea of `bad boying` the boot over the rear lights...hmmmm In all honesty, I don't think it would work because the escort lights stick out so far, unlike a corsa / saxo.... which is why this mod has been done to them Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you're talking about the splitter, I'd put a bead of sealer along the edge and then (with rubber glove) run along it with my finger to get a nice neat finish. Excess will come off with cloth.
