John Posted May 16, 2003 Share Posted May 16, 2003 when i was doing the general top up of fluids i noticed what i think is my cold air intake. is it the pipe which just looks out of place when the induction kit is fitted. if so if i put it so that its in my splitter would it effect the car in any way if u mean the poxy pipe that just kinda sits there not attached to anything but just directing cold air upto the filter then probably the best place for it is in the splitter where plenty of cold air gets to it. i could start going on about cold are density and air fuel ratios but i'm dying with flu at the moment so i'll leave it at just saying yeah leave it where it gets plenty straight at it.
