urgent help needed escort afm problems

hi i have a 1600 zetec escort which failed MOT on emissions abmissmally

I have since replaced cat/lambda better but not perfect so chose to replace afm....

 

Engine now wont rev past 4k on full throttle although will rev fine if the throttle is feathered and revs brought up slowly, first thought was faulty new afm so i took it back yesterday and recieved another this morning still the same, oh both AFM are NEW ones!

 

Car runs fine on base map (afm unplugged) revs perfectly

 

Have tested TPS readout is perfect

 

Does any one have values for afm whilst running so i can check them at ecu end to make sure its not a wiring fault

 

any ideas.......need to retest it tomorrow ideally.....help is much appreciated
