Cad Posted March 30, 2009 Share Posted March 30, 2009 Bit of advise please guys if you dont mind, Had an RS2K lump and gearbox put into my car and Im having problems with 1st n second gear (mainly first) If your driving along...say your just pulling up to a junction and you try and put the car in 1st whilst its still rolling it physically wont go in, you have to bring the clutch back up till you hear a little knock, then dip it again and it goes in. Sometimes even that wont happen and you have to wait untill the car physically stops, then dip the clutch and back again before it will go into gear. Anyone have any ideas what this could be? Its really annoying because its left me having to stop my car in the middle of the road a few times just so I can get it into first! Thanks in advance!
