outbound
Hi All, For a few month's now I have had a bit of trouble with my 1600 zetec 1998. When you start up it nearly always over revs. If you stop and waitfor a few seconds it idles normal and is fine if the engine is warm. I was told before that it could be the idle control valve and the time has now come to try and fix it. The problem I have is where is the ICV?. In the HOW TO DO topics it shows you how to clean it but in the Haynes Manual it looks different.please could you tell me if it is the bit that bolts on with 3 small bolts on the fuel rail, on the Zetec.Any help please, Thanks, Jeff
