immobiliser issues

I have recently done a complete engine and loom transplant in my escort. It was a 1.3 before its now a 1.8. My problem is the wires that go from the ECU to the transponder etc. The connector block that the ECU plugs into is different. That is the only part of the original loom i didnt touch. All the wires are there that i could connect together but dont know which wire goes where. I dont suppose anybody has that part of the loom out that they dont need do they? otherwise ive gotta go scrappy and rip a dashboard out. Thanks guys
