wheel woble and juddering

Got a escort mk5 (94) TD. And ive got wheel whobble like its out of balance but its not when im driveing down the road at around about 50mph. i can notice it more when i accelerate. the only thing i can think off that has caused that is that i used to reverse up a curb about 5inch deep on the passenger side wheel going up my drive way. the other side would be alright because the curb was on the floor.

In other words the curb is'nt wide enough for the drive way.

Thats been like for about three years now

Another thing is on the passenger side my cv boot rubber on my drive shaft (side of engine)has splitt and i think its been like that for about 2-3 months, im gessing. because i used to see grease underneath my wheel arch. i looked to see were it was comeing from, but could'nt find it, until now.

now ive notice when i deaccelerate and i slow down in the gears and the revs drop below 1 and a half revs the car starts jumping or juddering abit.

so i think because i havent notice that rubber being splitt earlyer on, i recone its let the water and muck in and worn the bit inside away and it must have abit of play in it now.

The only thing the garage has told me is it could be is that drive shaft. the curb might of twisted it a slight bit and nocked it out of balance and the juddering when i slow down in the gears must be something to do with that rubber being split and i didnt notice it when i should off.

Can any body help me on this little problem please
