98gt Posted July 8, 2003 Share Posted July 8, 2003 Saw a very nice rear bumper on a shed of a Mk5b Escort on my way to work this morning. It was the same design as standard but was much deeper by a good 3 or 4 inches. It had the wide cut out in it like standard and there was a hole for the towing eye. I reckon it might have been a Ford kit cos the car had Ford side skirts (not the RS/GTi ones, the straight ones) and a front bumper similar to the base spec bumper but with round fog lights. 98gt Posted July 22, 2003 Author Share Posted July 22, 2003 Saw the same kit again yesterday, this time on red 3 door standard in every way apart from the kit, in the middle of Dublin. Here's an artists impression of the rear bumper. Note the hole in the bumper for the rear towing eye and the lower position of the rear bumper cutout.
