RStom
Hi everyone,I've recently had the dash board out of my escort to do the heater matrix obviously the steering wheel came out aswell. Upon putting everything back together the airbag light has started flashing (two flashes, gap and then another two). I understand that this is code 22? which is "Safing Sensor Output Circuit - Shorted to Battery Voltage" and this is where my knowledge ends, i've had the wheel back off to check connections and still it persists. Its a 2000 finesse with the digi dials, any help would be great! Cheers
ScORTED
sounds like you've damaged the airbag contact thing on the back of the wheel try replacing that
