bumper and blue lights

hi. firstly the blue lights. have all my dash switches, clocks, window switch etc all blue led lit. heater control is proving to be a question. have seen a few on ebay but they're either a full circle round the switch or just poor. i want one where you can still see the numbers properly!! anybody got any ideas where i might be able to get one. or how i could do it myself. thanks

 

and secondly many months ago i saw for sale on wome website somehere a mk rear bumber the same as mondeo st200 see pic below. specifically looking for rear bumper with 2 xost holes. like the st24 but with another hole on the other side. anyone any ideas cos i like the mondeo one. looks good :thumb
