Alan Escort SI
I have a panasonic headunit and on the back it has one set of outs for RCAs (RED AND WHITE) I have a 4 channel amp sub bridged on channels 1+2 with the 6x9 speakers on 3+4. I have split the RCA ito 4 channels using splitters. The 2 lefts are going to 1+3 and the 2 rights are going to 2+4. We think that this is the correct way as we are recieving a stereo signal. However, it doesnt sound as good as it should do. We've had the sub wired up on it's own before and it was much louder. Any ideas what could be wrong? sime73
the rca's sound ok but are you wiring the 6x9's in parallel seeing as you are using 1 channel from the amp ?
