Hey all, after my post here a couple of weeks ago about suspected gearbox failure I have decided to break the escort for parts after acquiring an ST170 .

- All prices include postage or collection is welcome from Birmingham with concession, although you'll have to bear with me regarding times i'm free as i'm due to go on a uni field trip to wales next week.

I'll update this thread appropriately with parts but feel free to PM me with anything you're after and an offer, assume it's still all on the car.

 

As it stands, for sale are:

 

- a new/re-manufactured set of RS2000 rear calipers with pads £45

- a pair of new rear beam to chassis poly bushes £30

- a pair of brand new clear crystal indicators with bulbs £5

- a ford 5000 stereo (inc. code) rds, cd changer compatible etc £12 (heavy lump)

- mint Ford black leather handbrake and gearstick gaiters £5

- brand new boxed Dayco timing belt kit for 1.6l zetec inc. belt, tensioners etc (cost £67 new) £45

 

in the coming weeks when I go home i'll put up rs2000 front calipers, weitec coilovers, various alloys etc so watch this space.

Engine is a 1.6 litre zetec with just under 60k on the clock which is a good runner and would appreciate a new home £150. The shell is also good, minimal exterior rust- good underneath, good for a project in some guise £100 (when all parts removed). These last two you'll need to arrange your own engine hoist/trailer etc...
