I used to recommend them to other people as they came highly recommended and were helpful when I took out a policy.

 

However having had the misfortune to be involved in a no fault RTC I would never touch them again. They refused to speak to the other drivers insurance company for me and their claims department are a complete and utter let down.

 

I know it must take a long time for them to cut and paste their adverts and chances to win onto the multitude of forums they use but if some of that effort was put into their claims department they might improve their renewal rate!

 

I am not really one for moaning or criticising unnecessarily but based on my experience I think it is important that people know the reality of the service offered at the time you need it most.
