ekkie7 Posted June 8, 2011 Share Posted June 8, 2011 Hi people,recently changed my engine to a 1.8 gti with loom and ecu,but found a problem when finished,the thing would not turn over,no fuel pump or starter motor,so plugged it in my mates laptop with the old data,no communication with ecu it come up,so checked everthing ecu,fusebox,loom,pats you name it we checked it still couldent find the problem,so for the time being ive wired pins 37 and 57 on the ecu to a switch with 12v and to my surprise it works,but dont want to keep pressing this switch,plus has this anything to do with the green relay that was originaly on the car? thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
