Little Update. I think my Headlights needed replacing after finding this

I was thinking about removing my high beam lights from my morettes, but is it leagal?? If so is it still an MOT pass??

I was in the same position until some kind person pointed out that the highbeam is on the outer lenses too!! the inners were just another additional set of highbeams (if that makes sence)
