mikes-fat-arsed-estate Posted March 5, 2012 Share Posted March 5, 2012 look a nice clean van ideal project i always fancied doing a escort van conversion to maybe a 2.0 l i think 120 bhp is a bit optimistic for the tdi engine with just being de catted & blanked egr im not saying i dont think its possible ...did you also connect the advanced cold start? It's not been decatted as it never came with one nor has the egr been removed as again it didn't have it, the fueling and turbo boost pressure have been adjusted so therefore its running more power ( as described in eBay ad ). Similar ford tdis have have around 110-120 bhp following the same tunes so I'm not doubtful about it, cold start is disconnected Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
