Escort GTi Bargain £900? make an offer

Relisted due to timewasters!!

 

For sale is my much loved Escort GTi.

 

The car is R registered making it a 1997 (which with some insurance companies qualifies it for cheaper classic car insurance), the car has done just over 54,500 miles (mileage will rise slightly as still used for work, I also have all MOT certificates and some servic stamps to prove mileage is genuine), this can be seen in all aspects of the, car bodywork is excellent condition for age (there are a few things that let the car down for me, there is a dent in the front of the bonnet, a scratch on the corner of the front bumper and some of the plastics on the car are faded just need to be touched up), mechanically sound, The car is taxed until the end of April and has MOT until September.

 

There's no rust on any of the arches, apart from some slight wear on the driver bolster the interior is spotless all other original half leather interior is immaculate!

 

Since owning the car I have purchased high quality parts off members from various websites, such as AP coilovers, angel eye headlights with 6000k xenon hid conversion, these have been professionally wired and fitted, the car has heko wind deflectors also, all 5 wheels are gti alloys and all have decent tread left on the tyres.

 

All standard parts are available so they will be included in the sale of the car should you wish to change back to standard, I also have spare h1 xenon bulbs and plenty of h4 standard bulbs, the car will also come with ready to fit speaker size adaptors and a steering wheel remote from a focus/fiesta!

 

Other than the specs listed above I have changed the standard tape player for a CD player from a mk5 fiesta zetec s.

 

I'm looking for £900 (but i am open to offers as i do need a quick sale), which I think is reasonable considering the mileage, the condition of the car and the money spent on parts that have been added. Again all the standard parts are included should you wish to return the car to standard or just sell on the standard parts.

I will return the car to standard and sell for £600 and the following parts will be for sale:

 

AP coilovers - £300

Angel eyes with 6000k xenon conversion - £120 (these can be seen working but will need a new wiring block as mine isn't a standard ford fitment)

 

All 4 rings still work and spare set of h1 xenon bulbs included with lights, coilovers covered less that 1000 miles key included, prices do not include delivery, collection is preferred! Any info pm me or drop me a text 07789930395
