I use parcelhero for shipping my car parts after numerous shite experiences with parcel2go and the couriers they use. Late pickups and terrible customer service (I even started a thread a year ago to vent my anger - http://www.escortevolution.co.uk/forums/in...howtopic=147992 ).

 

Anyway, like I say, I started using parcelhero.com who use UPS and DHL rather than City Link and the like.... and not one bad experience in 20 deliveries. I've even been out a couple of times when the courier has come to collect, and parcelhero phone me and arrange another collection time, apologising that they missed me. Parcel2go left it 3 days for me to contact them, wanted to charge me more and then missed the rescheduled pickup

 

I don't work for them, but they're fcuking ace. If you're looking to change courier after some bad experiences then sign up. They're running a referal just now, so if you let me know your e-mail address and I refer you, I get a 5er, but even if you don't want to go through me, sign up anyway

Slightly more expensive, but they have a reward system that the more you send the more discount you get Plus, you know it gets there in one piece and on time!
