Phill
Theoretically it's not too hard, just quite awkward. Lots of levering and swearing involved, but the principle's easy enough. Leave a day to do it and you should be fine.

Phill
Mine was a nightmare, took two hours to do just one, with a trained mechanic with me. Things kept getting stuck.
Jescort
Sometimes they can be a pain the ass, but normaly they only take about 2 hours at the most to do them on a jack and axle stands, and I would buy 2 new pinch bolts and nuts, because they sometimes get damaged when you try to get out of the arm, the pinch bolts and nyloc nuts are ford only parts and they don't cost much.
