K3V HA
Ive now finally got my New amp and have a couple of questions, the amp i have got is the VIBE VP4, and the subs ive got are VIBE PT100's 1. What kind of power cable do i need, ive seen either 300w, 600w or 1000watt?2. The amp has got 2 speaker terminals, to run the 2 subs off it, am i ok to put 2 wires in the neg (to the neg on both subs) and 2 wires in the pos (to the pos on both subs), this is how it says wire it on the underside of the amp, but just want to make sure im doing it right?3. Can anyone find out if the subs would sound better with Ports in the box, or a sealed one? Cheers
John16v
ported boxes are for spl mate but still sound sweet, sealed usually give sound quality but not as much bass (if u get what i mean) look at the amp wiring kit pack......if its 4 gauge cabling should be ok.....then into a distribution block to seperate down so that u can wire up more than one amp if neccisary (i've got 4 gauge cable down the car and into the disribution block and 8 gauge from the distribution block to each of the amps)yeah the sube will be ok running like that...seen many systems like it, all good john
