Ex-Finesse
I think you could use 215's, but I hate to see a wheel lip sticking out further than the tyre! Go 225s!

plumber60
205's will fit, you going for cossie wheels?if your going for 8" wide 16's then id go for 215/35/16 dunlop SP9000 look mint on the other hand if your going for 17's then go for the same tyres just in 17 fitment, i.e 215/35/17 they are available from mytyres.co.uk the sp9000's have the same grip level as toyo T1-S/TS-1 but a lot longer life and looks pretty good too
John
205 millimeters = 8.070 inches lol in that case my wheels must be about 8.5" wide cos i got 205s on them and they don't look anywhere near big enough to me!
Ex-Finesse
i aint got the wheels lol just wondering what tyres would fit so does 225 = 8inch? The wheel width does not have to equal the tyre width Random example: The Toyo Proxes T1-S 205/40/17 fits rim widths 7.0 to 8.0 inches Toyo again: 215/35/18 fits: 7.0 - 8.5 inches 225/35/18 fits: 7.5 - 9.0 inches

Ex-Finesse
sorry to be nasty, the wheels i want are 8*18 I wanted some Compmotive MO's in that size..... until I saw Clarky PJ had 'em! Found new ones, but anyway! I'd go for 225s, more arch work but more grip and better looks
