Scotteh Posted August 2, 2004 Share Posted August 2, 2004 hey all, my car is pretty shagged atm and will be till i get it in at end of this month wen im in ibiza, but im just curious....wot wud cause the car t creak....pretty loud wen im pulling off or changing gears at low speeds? basically wen the cars weight wud be shifting. it only does it sometimes but its a little worrying wen ya car is creaking pretty loud lol. Cyrix Posted August 2, 2004 Share Posted August 2, 2004 How do yo drive yor car? Is it lowered? If yo just replaced them with standard parts then yes they probably are knackered. Take the wheel off and look at the top of the bush. If its not sitting level or it looks perished then it needs replacing. If yo intend to keep the car a while it might be an idea toget a polybush kit for the arms.........Poly'd everybsh on my capri and it handles liek a dream in comparrison to how it sed to.
