How quickly will standard dampers wear when lowered 60mm on gmax springs?

 

A mate had his lowered 60mm with 17's on standard dampers and they took a good 2 years/ 30,000 miles to wear slightly.

 

Im not that bothered about the ride quality, i just want it to look good.

 

any feedback would be great!

I used pi springs and the back have died in 1 year, but i did load it with people and subs and speed bumps don't help! i've just changed the back to g max cause the pi ones rotted. i left the front as pi cause they're ok but changed the backs to g max cause they're supposed to last 2 - 3 years. best off to change the shocks before they go or you'll end up with a boat on wheels!
