Twisted Tenderness
I have a Escort with a 2.0L Zetec engine fitted with a Mk 6 RS2000 (MTX75) gearbox for sale. The engine is still in the car and can be heard running. It has done 58,000 miles from new and has been serviced every 3,000 miles. Its in perfect working order, no smoke or anything and it runs like a dream. The engine will bolt straight into any other escort that runs a zetec, and it will work with your existing ecu with no mods. To get the maximum out ot the engine all you would need is a multi chip, or any other 3rd party chip to map the system.im looking to get around £600 for it. Twisted Tenderness
This is the car how it stands this morning.Im breaking the car, but if anyone offers me a good price to take it away they can.The car on the log book is a 95/AzuraThis was stripped to a bare shell and painted a one off colour Brooklands Racing Green. It has Mk6 RS 2000 running gear, rear beam (new brakes fitted last month)2.0L Mondeo (97/R) Zetec engine with Air con and has a full stainless steel exhaust system with cat replacement pipe fitted.Mk6 RS 2000 Gearbox and Suspention + Discs and calipers (new disc+pads last week)Inside the car everything Mk5 was stripped out, and replaced with Escort Gti dash/loom/ecu/white clocks and half leather interior. The screen is also a heated front screen The doors (Mk6 doors) have been delocked and the car is fitted with a full encloser Toad Cat 1 alarm. I have all old Mot's and its still Mot'ed till Feb next year.It has 58,000 miles on the clock Bad points..........Ive used this car just as a run around, but ive bought myself a new van.The car needs a bit of paintwork to tidy it up, on the boot where the spoiler is theres a bit of rust, (i have a new MK6 tailgate that your welcome too) on the drivers side seal, where my foot has rubbed against the paintwork, that needs repainting, and the passenger rear quarter needs a blow over as the paint has a few stone chips in it. I have 1lt of paint left that will come with the car.It also needs a shock on the front drivers side. The car wont come with the wheelsAs it is i can break it for £1200 so any offers over that, you can own it. frew
alright i'm confused. are you selling the engine seperately to the car, so selling the car without an engine? or would you be breaking the car up and selling bits off it? coz i want the skirts, spats and exhaust
