anthony Posted April 25, 2005 Share Posted April 25, 2005 Sorry, I really do need to learn a bit more about the basics of my car...Said workmate as in earlier post says that I've overfilled my oil.I'm confused to wear the min/max markers are on the dipstick I always thought the marker was the 'spadelike' part of the stick (fig A on my badly drawn picture)My workmate reckons oil should be filled to just bellow the 'spade' as in fig B.
