Breaking Mark 5b Escort Hatchback

how doim breaking a mark 5b escort hatchback 1.4 (5 door, L reg) it is blue :lol: I will get the proper colour tomorrow but I think it begins with "B" and it looks similar to imperial blue. Could be Bannoia?

 

Anyway it is LX spec, with central locking, electric windows etc

The engine has some sort of fault.. whilst driving it back home it started spluttering like it was running out of petrol, I managed to get to a £5 worth of petrol in it, but it wouldnt start!!! The starter motor turns, but the engine doesnt fire. I had to enlist in IWA's services to tow be back home (never again am I driving a towed car!! )
