Where is the best place online to get new GTi shock absorbers?

 

My driver's side shocks are fooked, we've only got left hand corners down here in the deep south ooo rrr, trackarrr!!!

 

Tried fordpartsuk and they don't do them anyone got any recommendations?

 

Also can anyone take a rough guess at Ford might quote me for a set of four? Gota phone them, but I'm sure I would be able to get them cheaper online somewhere.

from ford the front shockers are only about £25 +vat mate so there not expensive

Still anyone know of any websites? (but if that's the case may go straight to Ford. )

i've got a set of standard front shocks in a servicable condtion... they're off a my 5b but with it having the full suspension set up with front and rear ARB's etc they're same as the higher spec ones, i'll do em for 20 +p&p

How many miles they done?

 

Ya 100% they would fit a 1997 GTi? Cause I'm gona get the RS springs fitted instead of after market ones.
