Escort boy
What do they do when the car goes in for a service to make it run so much better? is it just basic stuff or do they do some mechanic work to it?
ScORTED
ask for a written quote.. it differs from place to place, i know a reasonably established mechanic who calls air filter / oil and filter plus brake cleaner a full service ... i'd say new plugs and leads, new pads if needed and a thorough (sp!) check and report
theresa
Depends on the mileage of the car. What mileage has yours done?

danmk6trx1
i work for ford.. full service normally consists of oil and filter change fuel filter and air filter renewed changed plugs sometimes brake fluid change all wheels and drums off so we can check the brakes. when the drums are off we clean she rear brakes and we do a visual healthcheck to report anything, for instance tyre tread depth leaks worn parts etc.
