trocsE Posted June 25, 2005 Share Posted June 25, 2005 hi i thinking of buying an escort cabriolet and droppin a bigger block in it, does anyone no the rough limitations of the chassis for this. wot bhp figures can i get without too much modification to anything apart from brakes, suspension and engine. Muzz Posted June 25, 2005 Share Posted June 25, 2005 (edited) Anything after 225ish and the fact it is front wheel drive will stop you transferring that power to the road. Too much power and you will pop driveshafts and blow your gear box up. Pm Harvez as he has just had a Zetec Turbo convesion on his motor and he knows far more about it that I do.
