cemo1985 Posted September 6, 2005 Share Posted September 6, 2005 At this moment in time I have no subs in my car as I blew them up cause they were only crappy JBL's. Anyway I know this is strange but will it work. In my house I have 2 nice speakers for my hifi with built in subs and was wondering if I connected them up to my amp would they work and sound pretty good? I know there is a difference in ohm's but will connecting them up to my amp make a difference and what would teh sound be like. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Sean L Posted September 6, 2005 Share Posted September 6, 2005 don't bother mate, they would work but the volume and sound quality would be sh1t. also car subs are designed to run notes of a certain frequency wheras hifis are supposed to play alot higher notes then they should.
