stuball Posted September 8, 2005 Posted September 8, 2005 Mate of mine fitted some new blue dash bulbs for his 1.4 mk6. Whilst doing this he heard some noise, he checked to see if anything wasn't working....surprise surprise his dash no longer illuminates. This is where it gets strange tho, his side lights work but not his main or dipped beam and now his car will only sometimes start. He has checked all the fuses but they are all ok, any clues? PS if you read this Martin, YOU'RE A DICK!!

Trace the wires back from where he heard the sound.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> I have the same problem, I put a mk6 dash in my car, didnt connect the clocks, only time clock the car wouldnt start as if it has a flat battery, how ever will start with booster pack.. but battery is not flat????
