help!!!!!!

i have a dvd player and a seperate in dash screen so i tried to fit them in mt mk6 so i decided to remove the little black tray under the cd player and saw away the little plastic strip going accross so there would be room for the dvd and the screen but when the screen flips out it comes at a bit of an angle and when its in the final position it hits the dvd player :( :vangry:

 

any 1 know ppl who can build me a custom enclosure to fit both in the dash and make it blend in with the dash or something cos i have ruined the dash otherwise
