Matt86 Posted January 7, 2006 Share Posted January 7, 2006 Police turned up at the front door few days ago.... looking for me, they've found a white Escort crashed in up a lane. The car was still owned by me according to their records. Luckily I photocopied all the registration document etc with the new owner's details so Im cleared of it. The more worrying part is they sent a helecopter out to look for the driver! They hadnt found anything but since we gave them the guy's address we havent heard anything. Went to look for where it happened today and the old thing burnt! Hedge and grass verge is burnt and there are a few Escort bits still laying around including one of my old speakers. looks like he went straight on at a corner and into a wall! badboyclub Posted January 7, 2006 Share Posted January 7, 2006 gutted know the feeling my old escort was used as a get away car and dumped outside dvla in swansea police phoned up and i gave them the details of how i sold the car (through an auction) they rang the company to confirm rang me a few days later wanting to charge me for disposal of the car 200 i said dream on put the fone down not heard a thing since Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
