bigrob Posted March 14, 2006 Share Posted March 14, 2006 wow what a great night was absolutely mental yes you guessed it i was a ford night virgin before tonight and im still pissing me pants at the stunts some of them cars pull off the tandem drifting sierra cossies were on top form and the guy from s.e.c drifters in the white sierra was mental i loved the mk1's with there drifting antics and even down to the red xr2 with the trays under the back wheels fair play he done great and the blue scoobs having ago even though its 4 wheel drive but the crowed was egging him on each time he did a drive past lol did'nt see any evo motors there but i have to admit i did have me blinkers on was a great nite out would like to hear if anyone else went Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Predator_Aod Posted March 14, 2006 Share Posted March 14, 2006 THAT WAS THE BEST ACE CAFE FORD NIGHT I'VE EVER BEEN TOO. Been going for about 2 years...maybe more. Last Night Smacked It. YES- all the above was crazy....but there were some things that went out of had. A coin thrown at a police officer on his bike, struck his helmit and all he was trying to do was ask people to back up on to the curb cos of a on coming lorry. These actions are why the police come there in the first place and even I felt sorry for him. Apart from this I was a top spec night. The black mustang which I aslway see in Ealing -West London was the loudest mother there. My girlfriend (first time at the Ace) named it the beast. Well done baby. Just from all the parked cars there I knew it was a gonna be a good night. The red Xr2 was very funny, kept pulling out dinner trays from the inside of the car for on lookers to place under his back wheels...funny but very dangerous nearly to me out at one point. The best bit of action was - picture this is you can - some old school opel/vaxhall car was doing a burn out with its back wheels, and a red astra was burning out it front wheels right behind it. clouds of smoke as you can imagine. All of a sudden the drive of the astra stopped and jumped out.....so did the passenger...the the passenger at the back. I thought they'd crased into the car infront, I was wrong...at closer inspection the car was filled with so much smoke they car to get out to breathe....Well funny and to cap it off the driver opened the boot of the astra to let out more smoke and to the whole crowed starting laughing. Funnest car antic I'd ever seen! As normal the bus drivers were getting a hard time but none were hurt in this joyful event! Didn't take many photos cos I was too busy filming for a uni project but here are afew. This Was A White Round About To Begin With. Thanks To:Mr King - Finally brought your Mustang out to play! rikiboy456 Posted March 14, 2006 Share Posted March 14, 2006 yeh it was a great night! muzz did you have 2 fit blondes in the back of your escort? thought i see you down there. one of my highlights for the night was when the bus came onto the round about and stopped to give way- it went to go and someone pressed the emergency engine stop button lol, coins were thrown at the bus too! was very busy last night and had a great turn out i really enjoyed myself! was a few escorts there too- was anyone from here driving the white one who kept doing handbrakes across the round about? Anyway - it was packed! crazy amounts of people and yes the Jag I loved but someone very loud standing next to me kept cussin the driver...I didn't like that. The Suburu was getting annoying too. Just blocking up the roundabout trying to do some stupidness. That White Escort GTI was the two months back doing some crazy driving. I got My GTI then and followed him doing some laps but he got well dangerous and I didn't really was encourage him anymore. B19 JUB Posted March 14, 2006 Share Posted March 14, 2006 wasnt a bad night,not bad but not amazing.too many chavs apearing there now.one thing that did make me laugh was a nova come driving past with bonnet smoking and engine having a wee of antifreeze all over the road lol. ps for true ford and classic ford nuts next thursday (23rd) is a pure oldskool ford night at the cafe,no modern day cars allowed.i will be taking the mk1 escort and will have priority over my mates rs500 .so come along one and all it will be something not to be missed Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
