I tried to start me car this morning and it turned over then died, i tried again and it does nothing it dont even fire however the ignition works and i get a noise from the starter motor I think thats what it is does anyone have any ideas as to what i tcould be? Mr_Tom Posted February 13, 2003 Author Share Posted February 13, 2003 Cheers mate for that, I got home last night and it was still the same wouldnt start so i got me old gramps on the phone he told me to put it into 3rd and give it a little push forward and bobs ure uncle i tried starting it and it worked!! Me gramps reckoned it was a dodgey firing pin and that putting it in 3rd and giving it a little push would help to move it, I drove to work this morning and it seemed fine!!!!
