Here is my Car History from 2001 - Present !!!

 

 

2001 - 2002: N-Reg ROVER 111 SLi 8v SOHC (New Metro) - Silver

 

(AKA The X111) Great little car, sports gear box, verry nippy, written off in my first and only bump !!!

 

 

2003 - NOW: Y-Reg ROVER 25 1.4 IS 16v Twin-Cam - Silver

 

(AKA The 25X) My Pride and joy, never getting rid, most reliable Car I have ever owned !!!

 

 

2003 - 2003 P-Reg CITROEN ZX 1.9TD - Dark Green

 

£300, got it for work, great car, very fast, sold for £300 lol !!!

 

 

2003 - 2004 S-Reg FORD SCORPIO Ultima 2.9 Cossworth Engine - Dark Green

 

Fully kitted out, cracking car, my first project car, had to get rid as the insurance was a killer !!!

 

 

2003 - 2005 G-Reg MG MEISTRO 2.0 Turbo - British Racing Green

 

(AKA The MG MX) Was my Grandand's, had 14,000 miles on the clock, been garaged since he passed away in 1990, it was pretty much brand new, got it given to me by me Nan, I had it taken to have the engine drained with all the othet fluids to a specialist, got it started, had a full stainless Zorst fitted, MG ZR 17" alloys sprayed white, full red leather interior off eBay for £250, custom de-badged grille, tinted windows, Morette style twin headlights, Custom Afterburner rear lights, chipped, propper Scooby Slayer, got offerd £6000 for it on the owners club site, owed me about £3500, sold it with 19,000 miles on it, regretted it ever since !!!

 

 

2003 - 2004 K-Reg RENAUT 19 Prima - Dark Blue

 

(AKA The 19X) Got it with a leaking head, was fixing it up to give me Dad, good runner, bit tatty and rank inside but I cleaned it up a treat, moved it onto the front so I could get in the Garage, only there 3 hours, got a No Tax ticket slapped on it so I scrapped it that day to save some money, my next door Neighbour blew me up, Plonker !!!

 

 

2004 - 2004 S-Reg TOYOTA CELICA 1.8 GT - Silver

 

Bought from an auction with front and rear Damage, paid £2100, spent £1100, sold for £4400, only got it to make some extra cash, should have ketp it, great car !!!

 

 

2004 - 2004 G-Reg ECORT VAN 1.8D - Red

 

Boght for £50, Taxed and MOT'd, sold the same day for £70 lol, it belonged to one of the residents next to a building site I worked on, one of the lads on site wanted I van so I got it and made £20, my name didn't make it on the V5c lol !!!

 

 

2004 - Now N-Reg VAUXHALL CORSA 1.5 Non TD - White

 

(AKA The X2) Origanaly got front ended to play with as a summer project, planned to chop the roof off after structural re-inforcement and sprayed yellow with wide rims, some SS made into a roll bar and make a mini Beach Buggy, once it was fixed, Taxed and MOT'd I sold it to me Dad for £1.oo as his car was infested with Tin-Worm, car owed me £1100 lol !!!

Still going strong today, passes every MOT, me Dad get a month out of £20 of Diesel lol !!!

 

 

2005 - 2006 X-Reg VAUXAHALL VECTRA 1.6 LS - Gun metal Grey

 

(AKA The X3) Was the best out of my fleet of Taxi Settle cars, not going to list them as the don't count, was in good conditon concidering it had over 180,000 miles on the clock !!!

Had plans for it once all the Clutch, brakes and MOT & Tax were sorted but I swapped it for my Next Car, should have kept it !!!

 

 

2006 - 2007 K-Reg FORD ESCORT Mk5a 'DASH' Special edition 1.4 CABRIOLET - Blue over Silver two tone

 

(AKA The X4cc) Had big plans for this Cab, swapped my VECTRA for it plus £100 (£700), was OK I guess, was leaking into the foot well from the Batt tray and the N/S rear seals into the rear foot well, surcome to Tin-Worm, needed £500 to pass the MOT, declared it un-finacialy viable, I gave it back to my mate who I got it off for nothing, he if a Mechanic and has been working all winter on it, expected to return by MAY !!

 

 

2007 - NOW P-Reg FORD ESCORT Mk6 GHIA CABRIOLET 1.8 - Jewel Violet

 

(AKA The X4GC) You may have seen this Cab via Brute's posts as he is working on it right now, so far it has Smoked Angel Eye Headlights with a Xenon Headlight kit, custom Afterburners, a Hybrid PEUGEOT 206/Mk6 ESCORT Rear bumper so I can have somthing different and have a Fog Light, got rid of the bodged twin DTM that was on it when I got it and had a 3" SS PECO fitted which suits the Bumper perfect, the bumper is officialy a Mk206 bumper lol !!!

 

Got 17" MONDEO ST24 alloys fitted to replace the MONDEO 16"s, got a MATTIG Front Splitter and I have just today accuired a set of Morettes which need the outer lights replacing for £110 posted, BARGAIN !!!

 

More little touches made, many more bits to do, i'll keep you all posted !!!
