GazGTi Posted April 10, 2003 Share Posted April 10, 2003 hi, I had a scorpion system and powerboost valve on my GTi, and last night put a 57i kit on. I know it won't really make much difference to power but the sound difference is unreal. If i was to add a superchip or equivelant and a 2.0 throttle body how much power would i have overall? Sheen Posted April 12, 2003 Share Posted April 12, 2003 gaz, i fitted my k&n last night also, I have a magnex full system (how fuckin good do they sound!!!!!!) swapping for the larger throttle body can cause alot of idle'in probs so if ur gonna do it be careful and is it worth it for 5bhp or whatever it gives??? spend 60 notes on a de-cat pipe and get 10-15bhp!!!
