XR3i Disc brake rear beam into mk6

Hi Guys

Ive got a mk5B rear disc beam to go in my mk6 Mexico.. Which handbrake cable should I be ordering?.. Seems to be more than one available for RS2000 and 3i rear beams :blink:

Yeh I know theres like 3 different lengths.

 

Im pretty sure its the MK6 RS2000 cable for the RS2000 that had rear discs obviously, JC got me mine so if it is this one (hopefully someone will confirm) he has the part number somewhere which will sort you out.

I searched on EVO and found http://www.escortevolution.co.uk/forums/in...&hl=6676123 which seems to suggest that thats a MK5 RS2000 cable, this is where my knowledge stops, not sure if this will work for you or not, might try find my post about which one I needed.

Different part number for MK6 mate, if the xr3i beam is the same to the rs2000, which im pretty sure it is, then the part number is in that link which is 1036202

By the way this axle is from a L reg XR3i Cabriolet.. Shame the strut brace was different .. MK5 grrrrrr
