Giorgio Posted July 1, 2003 Share Posted July 1, 2003 Got a 1993 Escort hatchback 5 dr...just bought a sub and although inside the car it sounds excellent, when you stand behind the car, you can hear a horrible rattle coming from the tail gate. I have tried to identify where it is coming from...i packed the gaps in the lock mechanism, and this took some of the noise away, but its still fairly bad. Anyone else found this problem?
