Rob84 Posted July 2, 2003 Share Posted July 2, 2003 When I start my engine from cold, it idles at around 750rpm and as soon as I press the accelerator, the engine really struggles to rev, sounds like a mis-fire, but once the engine is up to operating temperature, it goes and runs smoothly, with only slight hesitations under hard accelerating... Rob84 Posted July 6, 2003 Author Share Posted July 6, 2003 I've managed to get my 'mis-fire' sorted. I checked the spark plugs and 2 had no electrode, a thirds electrode crumbled as I was taking it out and the 4th wasnt much better. Now i've got 4 news ones it runs fine, thanks for the suggestions anywho. p.s. Runs alot quicker now, plus with the addition of a Rage Carbon Fibre/Titanium back box, sounds sweet as...
